How does WhatsApp work?
You link your own number, like on WhatsApp Web (QR code or pairing code). The service is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, which may restrict numbers that use third-party tools.
How does the e-mail inbox work?
You connect your mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or any other) with an app password, never your regular password. It is stored encrypted. Incoming e-mails sync automatically and you can disconnect the mailbox at any time.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes: open the CRM in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home Screen". It then opens full-screen, like an app.
Does my data stay mine?
Yes. It's separated by company and you can export your clients as CSV. See the privacy policy.
